i didn't get the histogram with a jagged line.please explain.

In the frequency distribution table, there are no observation between 0 and 130 or the observations between 0 and 130 are not considered.

Thus, the jagged line has been used along the horizontal arms to indicate that there are no observation between 0 and 130 or we are not considering the data between 0 and 130.
