i had a plant in which the fruits and the leaves arise together while no flowers forms. How could these happen?

This is not possible as ovule which is present inside the ovary of a flower turns into fruit. Without flower, there will be no fruit.
Ovary of a flower is the lowermost and swollen part of the pistil. The inner part of the ovary contains some small bead like structures known as ovules. The ovary form the fleshy edible part which is called fruit.
Non flowering plants bear only leaves and no fruits. Example: algae, ferns and mosses.
