In human, reproduction occur by sexual reproduction method (Sexual reproduction involves the fusion of male and female gametes). When female gamete (Egg) fuses with male gamete (Sperm), the egg get fertilized to form zygote which then develop into embryo inside female body. The embryo with passage of time develop into fetus.
