Arkwright contructed a spinning mill in Nottingham in 1769
b Richard Arkwright- Arkwright is considered the father of the
modern industrial factory system Arkwright made improvements in the
carding machine that was patented in 1775 and that produced a
stronger yarn and required less physical labour
