Sewage & Agricultural are biodegradable pollutants. Those pollutants which can be broken down into simpler, harmless, substances in nature in due course of time (by the action of micro-organisms like certain bacteria) are called biodegradable pollutants. Therefore, Pesticides & fertilizers are non-biodegradable pollutants.
