If 1200k cal of energy is available in one particular trophic level, what will be the available
energy in the next tropic level?

Dear student, Ten percent law of energy defines the amount of energy transferred from one trophic level to the next trophic level.According to this law, only 10% of total amount of energy is stored in an organism is transferred to the other organism of higher trophic level and the rest is lost in form of heat and other metabolic processes performed by that organism. So if 1200k Cal of energy is available in one particular trophic level, then only 10% of 1200k that is 120k Cal energy will be present in next trophic level. Thanks and Regards.
