If 2 metallic balls are present, in which one metallic ball has 10 protons and the other one has 3 electrons, what will happen if we touch the metallic balls together, what will be the movement of the charges? (The metallic balls are not touched by hand).

When the two conducting spheres are brought together to touch, it is as though they become one single big conductor and the total charge of the two spheres spreads out across the whole surface of the touching spheres. When the spheres are moved apart again, each one is left with half of the total original charge.

So total charge is 10-3 = 7 protons
So after metallic balls touch together
Total charge as big conductor they has 7 protons spreads out across the whole surface of the touching spheres.
Electron from balls having 3 electron travel to ball having 10 proton and hence neutralize 3 protons.
As a result both balls have 7 protons together when metallic balls touch together.
