if calcium level is already high in the body than is there any role of parathyroid hormone to decrease this calcium level??? pls explain sir/mam....

The function of parathyroid hormone is to regulate the calcium levels in the body. Generally the calcium level increases because of hyperparathyroidism i.e. over secretion of parathyroid glands. Calcitonin hormone decreases the high level of calcium in the blood.
