if our also have a magnetic force in it why don't it suck all the satelites which revolve it (as the are made up of metal)

Dear student,
Please find below the answer:

The gravitational pull on satellites due to the earth is used up in providing the necessary centripetal force to keep them revolving around the earth. So, they remain on their circular orbit and doesn’t fall down to the earth even after getting attarcted to earth's magnetic force.

Hope this clears your doubt.
Regards.
