a(1-r20) / (i-r) =244 a (1-r10)/(1-r)

1-r20=1-r10

r20=r10

r10=1

NOW,

  r20-1= 244(r10-1)

  =244r10-244 ............(1)

let r10 =x, then r20=(r10)2=x2

from (1) ,  x2-1=244x - 244

  x2- 244x + 243 = 0

after solving r10 = x =1  ,  r10 = x = 243

neglecting r10 = 243  as it is in decimal & also very small 

so, r10 = 1 , r = 1
