If we conserve the rain water then it can harm our body because
now a days due to pollution the rain water is now acid water and is
not drinkable Then why people do rain water harvsting?

Yes! You are absolutely correct!
The rainwater is not suitable for drinking purposes because of
poisonous gases dissolved in air But we should do rainwater
harvesting for many purposes, for example this water can be used
for irrigation purpose, toilet flushing, laundry and garden use By
rainwater harvesting, we can artificially recharge the groundwater
system
