If we open a bottle with very cold water in it, why do we see vapor rising from it?

Dear student,

The vapour that we see rising from the cold water, are not actually water vapours but it is the liquid droplets which formed when the humid air of the surrounding comes in contact with the cold water.
But the droplets are so small that they can remain suspended and float in the air for a time being. When it migrates away form the cold surface of the water, the air being warmer vaporises it again and turn it into invisible water vapour.
