If a person is stranded in a very cold condition, and will be rescued within 12 hrs and possesses two pairs of hand warmers to keep oneself alive, he can use them to cover his hands and rub the hands against one another. Once the hands become warm because of rubbing/friction, the hand warmers can be wrapped on the feet also. By this way, a person can stay alive amidst cold conditions.
