Implementation of principles of Henri Fayol (14) at Yes Bank????? For BST project class 12 project on principles of management
Explain how are they being followed at YES Bank (or any organisation except CCD)
Also please explain the implementation of each and every principle ie all 14

Dear student,

Implementation of Fayol's r principles at Yes Bank are as:

1) Division of Work: At yes bank there are different people employed for different works, like for cash deposit, granting loans, etc. 

2) Discipline: At bank the branch manager look after the disciplinary level of all employees and check that employees are working systematically.

3) Unity of Command: there is different departments in bank too like sales and operational, each department head report their activities to branch manager,

4) Unity of Direction: The main aim of employees at bank is to serve customer's needs. For this bank make various policies and directs the efforts of employees towards achievement of these goals and customer satisfaction.

5)  Remuneration of person: the salary paid to bank staff is as per the minimum wages act.

6) Principle of Order; In yes bank every asset has got a proper place and every employee has a fixed place.

7) Equity : at yes bank all employees are treated equally. For the male and female staff at all level, policies are same.

8) Stability of tenure: at bank employee's performance are assessed on monthly basis. 

9) Espirit de corps: At yes bank, employees work as a team and contribute their efforts towards organisational goals.
