In a activity it is written that Plants reproduce from spores or seeds my answere was ,it is false because Plant also reproduce from its body parts so why the answere is true?????

Plants reproduce by all three methods i.e seeds, spore formation and from vegetative parts. 
The answer is true because only two methods are given in the option. These two methods are means of reproduction in plants, so cannot be treated as false.
