the amount of daily deposit of pollutant = 3
2*10-5 g/sq cm=3 2*10-5*104=3 2*10-1 g/sq m
the area of the city = 400 sq km
=400*103*103 =400*106 sq m

therefore the amount of pollutant that falls on the city in a day 3
2*10-1*400*106=1280*105=1 28*108 gm=1 28*105 kg

the amount of pollutant that falls on the city in a year = 1
28*105*365=467 2*105=4 672*107 kg
