In case a company decides not to reissue the forfeited shares then
where to show the forfeited shares A/c in the balance sheet and
will the issued capital if the company change????

Dear Student

In case when a company does not reissue its forfeited shares then
the Share Forfeiture A/c's amount shall be added in share capital i
e In balance sheet it(share forfeiture) shall not be shown
separately , it would be shown as added to share capital in notes
to accounts and this amount shall be shown in balance sheet in the
head of Share Capital

And if we do not reissue forefeited shares, Then the issued capital
would not change
