In females we've Menstrual Cycle and that blood is collected/expelled in Pads and then thrown away.. and all females know the whole system.

But how Sperms or Semen is expelled out of male's body? And Menstrual Cycle have a fixed time like 28-30 days.. how about in male's?
how is bed wet related to this?

Males get sexually mature and start producing sperms after they attain puberty. Puberty is the process of physical changes in the individual which result in sexual maturity of the individual. Puberty is attained as a result of various hormonal changes during adolescence.
A male ejaculates sperm into the female vagina during copulation. However, there is no monthly menstrual cycle in males.
