calculate drawings for the whole year then the ans will come as
71,000 rs

Dear Student, you are correct, if Drawings are taken for whole year
i e Rs 8,000*12 = Rs 96,000 then Profit should be Rs 71,000 but it
can not be taken for whole year because Mr Manu started business as
on Oct 31,2005 and the closing Statement of Affairs has been given
as on Mar 31,2006 Hence, the profit should be calculated for 6
months by considering 6 months Drawings i e Rs 8,000*6 = Rs 48,000
