in sandhi why sad + ev =sadev

and why it tatha + ev = tathev
 but formul on both question applies same????

मित्र ये दोनों शब्द ' वृद्धि संधि ' के उदाहरण हैं। इस संधि में  ( आ + ए = एे ) बन जाता है। 
1) सदा + एव = सदैव 
2) तथा + एव = तथैव
