in spitr of the enormous pressure of the atmosphere acting on us, we are not crushed by it .why? 

because our body's pressure is equal to the atmosphere's pressureso it cancel's the pressure.

THE ENORMOUS PRESSURE ON US BY ATMOSPHERE IS BEING CANCELED OR CUT OF BY THE EQUAL PRESSURE CAUSED DUE TO THE FLOW OF BLOOD IN VEINS AND ARTERIES . IN SIMPLE WORD WE CAN SAY DUE TO BLOOD FLOW THE PRESSURE CAUSED INSIDE OUR BODY DONOT LET US TO FEEL THE PRESSURE OF OUTSIDE

Though there is an enormous atmospheric pressure on us but it iscancelled or neutralised by the internal pressure of our body. The flow of blood throgh our vessels creates a pressure which eequalises the atmospheric pressure.

We are not crushed because , our body's blood pressure comphensates it. If the atm pressure is decreased we may feel something like irritating because our blood tends to come out.
