Is Balanced Budget good for India??

Dear student,

A balanced budget is not always a good budget because of following reasons 
- it does not promote economic growth 
- it does not provide any solution to the problem of unemployment  .

yes balance budget is good for India because refers to a budget in which revenues are equal to expenditures. Thus, neither a budget deficit nor a budget surplus exists (the accounts "balance"). More generally, it refers to a budget that has has no budget deficit, but could possibly have a budget surplus.
