Is it possible for a body to have variable velocity but constant acceleration ?

Yes ofcourse we can have variable velocity but constant acceleration because acceleration is just rate of change of velocity so if the change in velocity for intervals of time is same we will have same acceleration.

A body accelerated by a force F accelerates with a constant acceleration a. As a result of this constant acceleration, the velocity of the body is constantly increasing with time i.e it is varying with time.

Yes of course it is possible.
Let me give you an example.
You throw a ball upwards with a velocity "v". Taking ground as origin, this velocity is positive. The velocity continuously reduces and momentarily becomes Zero. Now the ball starts falling down. In the whole process, the velocity changed from maximum to zero and again maximum (i.e before hitting the ground the ball will have maximum velocity) but there was only one acceleration which was constant throughout, that is acceleration due to Gravity, "g".
