We form our diagram from given information , As :

As we know m ( arc AD ) =  100° , So  AOD  =  100°   , Here  ' O '  is center of given circle

We know from Alternate segment theorem. The angle between the tangent and chord at the point of contact is equal to the angle in the alternate segment.  So

CAD =  AOD  , Substitute value we get :

CAD =  100°                                                                ( Ans )
