No, the level of awareness among the people of India about natural disasters like earthquakes and floods is not adequate. This is due to the lack of education among a large part of the population of India.
Due to their unawareness about the same they are unable to take some of the precautions or corrective measures during the calamity or before the calamity in order to contribute good for the the country.
Moreover, despite the fact of unawareness people with the great knowledge of this also don't take any actions in order to avoid all these calamities.
