Pancreas are known to have a
dual function because it acts as both an endocrine gland
and exocrine gland i e it is a part of both the hormonal
and digestive system of the body respectively So, it is also called
heterocrine gland

It secretes
hormones insulin and glucagon as well as digestive
enzymes

Gonads perform
dual functions 
one is the
production of gametes, in addition to this they also show endocrine
function by producing sex hormones for example
ovary is the primary
reproductive organ and performs dual
function

2 Secretion of
female sex hormones: estrogen and
progesterone
