l have a confusion
In perfect continuous tense
Use of Since or For.
Dear student
You can use both for and since in creating perfect continuous tenses.
For example:
He has been sleeping since 6PM.
I have been working for 5 hours.
The word for is used when you mention how long an action has been happening. (for example: for 5 hours)
The word since is used when you mention the starting time (or) the starting point of an action. (For example: Since 6pm)
