  • Many blind people read specially printed books using the Braille system, developed by a French boy named Louis Braille in 1824. 
  • Braille is a coded language based on logical system. Braille system has 63 dot patterns, characters.
  • These patterns when embossed on a sheet help the visually challenged people to recognize words by touching .
  • To make them easier to touch these dots are raised slightly .
  • For this pattern to succeed each pattern has to be memorized.
