Liver does not secrete any enzyme that help in digestion but it only secrete bile salts that help in the digestion of fat through emulsification process. On the other hand liver have several enzymes that are related to other functions of liver like metabolism, detoxification, clotting etc. These include aminotransferases like ALT, AST etc.
