Dear student, 3. Two reasons that it is better to produce electricity by using the force of falling water than by burning fossil fuels is that: 1. In falling water no gases are liberated and hence no pollution is caused while burning of fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide which leads to green house effect. 2. Fossil fuels are non- renewable source of energy and hence need to be utilised carefully while Water is a renewable source of energy. Kindly ask the other question in a separate thread.
