Name and state all the rules in the chapter magnetic effects of electric current

Dear student,
here they are,

right hand thumb rule-Hold the wire carrying current in your right hand so that the thumb points along the wire in the direction of the current, then the fingers will encircle the wire in the direction of the lines of magnetic force.Flemings right hand rule- if the right hand is held with the thumb, first finger and second finger mutually perpendicular to each other then The thumb is pointed in the direction of the motion of the conductor , The first finger is pointed in the direction of the magnetic field and  the second finger represents the direction of the induced or generated current.Flemings left hand rule- It is used for motors. It states that when a left hand is held so as to represent three mutually orthogonal axes on the thumb, fore finger and middle finger then Each finger is then assigned to a quantity (mechanical force, magnetic field and electric current). Regards

Right hand thumb Rule, clock rule, fleming's right hand ruke, Fleming's left hand rule, snow rule.

1. RHT Rule; Take a straight current carrying conductor in such a way that the thumb points in the direction of currwnt and the four fingers in the direction of magnetic field.
  • 2
2. FLH Rule; Stretch the forefinger, thumb and the central finger mutually perpendicular to each other such that the forefinger points in the direction of Magnetic field, central finger int the direction of current and the thumb shows the direction of motion(force) of the conductor.
