Dear Student, Meloidogyne incognita is the nematode infecting tobacco plant that causes great reduction in yield. To control this, technique of RNAi (RNA interference) is used. In this technique Agrobacterium species is used to introduced genes specific for the nematode that silence the mRNA of nematode. Regards
