Capital Account is account that change asset and liablities condition of the country. It isn divided into two parts ( Broad categories of transactions)
(i) Borrowing (ii) Investment
1. BORROWINGS: It includes commercial borrowings, borrowings as an external assistance, inter banking transactions.
2. INVESTMENTS: It includes portfolio investment and Foreign direct investment.
