Sulphate ions ,hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions are the spectator ions as in the electrolysis of aqueous copper sulphate using copper anode ,only discharge of copper ions take place due to which the hydroxyl ions, sulphate ions and hydrogen ions did not get discharged so they are the spectator ions in the electrolysis of aqueous copper sulphate using copper anode
