normally it is like co 2 is produced in the night by the plant or seeds and in the morning it absorbs co 2 . So is it the night time that the seeds are giving co 2 or is it the morning time ??

Seeds are inactive and do not produce carbon dioxide. Once they start germinating they are respiring. As the seeds respire they take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide at roughly the same rate.

Plants and seeds are living things and their metabolism constantly burns food using Oxygen and producing CO2, continuously day and night. The released CO2 is immediately absorbed in day time during photosynthesis and the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is hence less compared to night time.
