Cost price of chairs = 16 $\times$ 250 =  Rs . 4000

And sells 12 of them at Rs.275 per chair and remaining chairs at Rs.200 per chair  ( We can say he sells chairs at Rs.200 per chair ) at. So


Selling price of chairs  =  12 $\times$ 275 +  4 $\times$ 200 = 3300 + 800 =  Rs .4100

Total gain  =  4100 -  4000 =  Rs . 100

Therefore,
