1. The intake of food into the body is referred to as Ingestion.
2. It takes place with the help of mouth.
1. The removal of waste products (undigested food) from the body is referred to as Egestion.
2. Egestion takes place with the help of Anus.

2. It occurs through mouth.

Egestion:

1. It is a process of elimination of undigested food materials.

2. It occurs through anus.

c.1.Milk teeth do not have premolars while permanent teeth have premolars.

2.Milk teeth consists of 2 molars and permanent teeth consists of 3 molars.

d.Autotrophs:

1. The plants which are nourished themselves with the food prepared by themselves are called autotrophs.

2. They contain chloroplast in their cells.

3. They include all green plants which are capable of performing photosynthesis.

Heterotrophs:

1. The Plants, which are incapable of synthesizing their own food and depend on other plants for their nourishment are called heterotrophs.

2. They do not contain chloroplasts in their cells.

3. They include fungi and other non-green plants which may be parasites and saprophytes. They draw their nourishment form living hosts or from dead and decaying organisms.
