Atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) is a 28 amino acid polypeptide hormone secreted mainly by the heart atria in response to atrial stretch.
It acts on the kidney to increase sodium excretion and glomerular filtration rate. It antagonizes the renal vasoconstriction, and inhibits renin secretion. In other words it lowers or decreases the blood pressure. 
Thus first option is correct.
