Dear Student, (i) Stigma is a disc like part at tip of style that recieves the pollen grains for the fertilisation. (ii) Pollen Grains are the yellow powdery substance present in anther that act as male gamete. (iii) Arrangement of leaves on axis or stem is known as Phyllotaxy. (iv) Absence of petiole in leaves is known as sessile condition. (v) Chromosome is present in long elongated fibres is known as chromatin. These are arranged as fibres in nucleus of the cell.
