Dear Student,

The solution of your query is given below.

The story "How did the Camel get a Hump" is a famous work by Rudyard Kipling. The author takes us to the past times when Camels did not have Hump. All animals used to work and help Humans, except for the one lazy animal, Camel. The camel used to just sit, sleep and eat leaves all day in the desert. All the other animals (the Horse, the Ox and the Dog) got very angry. Their agitation got worse when the man asked them to work extra time to compensate for the camel's work. The three animals complained about the camel to a Ginnie.
Every time he used to chant just one word 'Hump'.  On Thursday, Ginnie came looking for Camel. The camel was looking into the water. The Ginnie asked the Camel to work and he uttered the word 'hump'.  So, Ginnie gave Camel a hump and Camel got upset on seeing his reflection in the water with a hump. The sad camel slipped into stress. On consoling him, the Ginnie said that the hump had a purpose - now, Camel can store food in the hump and can work continuously for days without eating food.
Now Camel carries a hump everywhere, does all work for man, carries a man on his back and gets less time to eat.

regards,
