Hi, The maximum mark is 10 and in first 4 m he scored 9,7,8,8now he wants to have an average of 9 in 5 test so let say he scored x in 5th test so according to the question 9+7+8+8+x5= 9 32+x = 45 x = 13 bit maximum score is 10 so he cannot score 13 in a test of 10 ,marksso its not possible to have him scoring  an average 9 in total 5 test
