Centrisome contains two centrioles located just outside the nucleus and lie at right angle to each other. each centriole is surrounded by amorphous pericentriolar materials.
during S-phase centriole duplicates in cytoplasm.
The centriole , whioch had undergone duplication during s-phase, now begins to move towards opposite poles of the cell.
The pair of centrioles migrate to opposite polesof the cell .the mitotic spindle then forms between the centrosomes.

hence, option (1) prophase is correct answer
