Sir,

Last week, I visited your store to purchase a washing machine. However, I regret to inform you that the service I received was pathetic.

In your absence, the store employees were not interested in catering to any customers. Some were busy on their phone, while others were roaming outside the store. I did not make any purchase as I received no help about the products.

I request you to look into this matter and take immediate action. I hope you would find my feedback valuable and would work for the betterment of the customers.
