According to the graph given, the body A does not have uniform motion. 
An object is said to be in uniform motion when it covers equal distances in equal intervals of time.
In this case, it accelerates to a particular velocity and reach to point X and remains the same continuously.

Other statements that is the velocity of B is lesser that A initially and the body B crosses A at X are correct.
Slope of A is greater than that of B hence velocity of A is greater than B.
As for A graph is line parallel to time axis after point X. This shows that A is at rest at point X

Hence, the statement A has uniform motion is not correct.

So correct option is A.
