Option A is correct. Growth hormone is secreted by Anterior pitutary. Acromegaly is a disease caused by excess secretion of growth hormone by anterior pituitary. It occurs in the middle age or at the end of puberty. This disease causes enlargement of tissues of hand, feet, nose, ear etc. it affects kidney, heart and also the vocal cord. The face has some irregularities due to overproduction of grwoth hormone.
