Dear student. If the girl is moving towards a fixed reflector then relative velocity of girl w.r.t reflector will increase due to which she will hear an echo of higher frequency. And when the reflector is moving towards the girl, then also relative Velocity of reflector w.r.t girl will increase due to which the frequency of echo will be higher. So options C and D are correct.
