When there is violation of Remuneration of employees definitely there would be serious consequences :

a) Turnover of Employees: Employees would start looking for opportunities in other firms/companies wherein they get the required pay as thus turnover in terms of attrition/employees leaving the organisation would increase; Also, there would be pressure on HR to recruit employees with required skills with limited time period;

b) Dissatisfaction among employees: It is but natural thing when you play with their remuneration they would definitely be disheartened & dissatisfied; result of which would be hampering of work; influencing other team members etc;
