The paragraph describes about the living state of cell. Cell is living or dead depends on the interaction between cells and if we talk about organelles, similarly organelles interact among themselves with the help of enzymes, signalling pathways, translocation, diffusion, chemical messenger etc. First paragraph states about a person in coma is alive or dead. Patient in coma is alive but is unconscious as the metabolism in the body is functional but mind is working at its lowest stage due to ascending reticular activating system in the brain stem which is injured. Due to the different level of interaction in the hierarchy of cell, tissues, organ and organ system cells can replicate itself to replenish any injury and to maintain the balance between dead cell and ​the formation of living cell. Living organism is evolving means that the interaction of living organism with the different sorts of environment, exposure to harsh conditions helps living being to adapt to such conditions and evolve to survive in such conditions. Genetic material is common in all the living organism but the composition varies to different extent due to the process of recombination, mutation etc.
