Covalency of an atom is the number of electrons it shares with other atom when formed chemical bonds

According to question ...

Carbon shares 4 electrons to fill its outer most shell

Similarly
Hydrogen shares 1 electron and nitrogen shares 3 electrons and oxygen shares 2 electrons

So option (d) is correct answer
