We know that for Energy density,
U = ε0 E2/2
Sphere with more E (electric field) will have more energy density.
As,
E = Q/Aε0
i.e. E ∝ 1/A
Since, sphere A has radius R and sphere B has radius 2R, hence area of sphere B is greater than the area of sphere A.
Therefore, sphere A will have more energy density as compare to that of sphere B.
